Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as relevant issuances, all personal information contained in this form shall be used solely for documentation and processing purposes within the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) and shall not be shared with any outside parties, unless with your written consent. Personal information shall be retained and stored by the NWPC within a time period in accordance with the National Archives of the Philippines' General Disposition Schedule.

While the NWPC will not share your personal information without your written consent, we will be posting to our social media and online pages and in our publications, pictures and other recordings of our events for our promotional and documentation purposes, which recordings may capture your image and likeness. By signing up/attending our event, you are providing your consent for us to capture your image and likeness in any of our recordings, such as in pictures, video recordings, and the like, for our use. Rest assured that we will not be using the recordings or your image and likeness for any unlawful purposes.
